Segue is a new property development by Zig property. The building was designed by a famous Bauhaus architect and has long been a hub for creativity in Hungary. In the 1960s, “Segue served as a broadcasting house for radio programs that resonated across Hungarian airwaves....”
The concept for the brand is Homes that Resonate. It brings to life Segue's rich artistic history as a place that has resonated with creatives throughout time. The design embodies resonance throughout from the pulsing gradient to the repeating image treatment. The layout is spacious and brutalistic, drawing inspiration from the building’s concrete forms. It uses functional yet modern and beautiful typefaces Space Mono and Helvetica Neue.
Segue - to move without interruption from one piece of music or scene to another.
The pulsing gradient was created by altering an image of a music hall inside the building. The deep purple gives a feeling of luxury and sophistication.
